At Byfleet Primary School we pride ourselves on demonstrating respectful, caring and compassionate behaviour. This is underpinned and supported by our Behaviour Policy which explains our clear 'behaviour ladder'.  Our whole-school 'yellow form' consequence system and our 'Outstanding Learning Ladder' reward system are used by all adults to ensure our children have a clear understanding of what is expected of them, and to motivate and praise them to make the right choices.

Where a child may need support with their behaviour, they will be helped by key adults and a restorative 'fix-it' conversation takes place. We celebrate excellent behaviour through the use of house points, class-based rewards and acknowledging effort children show in their behaviour in Friday's celebration assembly.
